Services Include:


OSHA Safety and / or HIPAA Privacy, Security and Omnibus Policy and Procedure Manual: Our Manuals meet regulatory requirements in an easy-to-read format. We make understanding the laws straightforward. No need to read through thousands of pages from the Federal Register to figure out what your responsibilities are. We provide a roadmap to get your organization into compliance quickly, with the least amount of effort and time. With information we gather from you, our manual reflects your site-specific information. 


Manual Templates: Our OSHA and HIPAA Manuals come complete with easy-to-use, customizable, pre-designed templates that are invaluable in implementing your compliance program. Our HIPAA Manual includes Breach Response Tools, Mobile Device Risk Analysis / Risk Management Tool, Disaster Response templates, Patient Rights Forms, Notice of Privacy Practices, Business Associate Agreement, and many, many others. Our OSHA Manual includes Hazard Assessments, a site-specific Emergency Response Plan, Hepatitis B and post-exposure evaluation and response forms, employee injury and illness templates, workplace violence forms, etc. We walk you through the use of these tools and templates so you are never left in the dark.  


Staff and Management Training: We will come to your facility and train your staff on what they need to know to comply with the most current OSHA and / or HIPAA regulations. These trainings are an excellent way for your workforce to hear the same information at the same time, and allows time for Q & A on issues of concern to them. Training certificates are provided for continuing education credits. We will also provide management training and support, to focus on the many issues specific to the needs of managers when implementing OSHA and HIPAA. 


HIPAA Risk Analysis: We assist management with the difficult task of completing a HIPAA Security Risk Analysis, as required by HIPAA and the Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Programs (Meaningful Use). You will receive a detailed report identifying the threats you face in protecting health information. We also assign risk levels, as required by the Rules, and prioritize your risks, so you can focus on the more important tasks first. 


Onsite OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Surveys: In addition to the Risk Analysis, we prepare your organization for an Office for Civil Rights (OCR) HIPAA audit by conducting a Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Onsite Survey / Mock Audit of your facility. Our report will identify the areas where your organization may fall short of OCR expectations. Our OSHA Safety survey provides the information you need to create and maintain a safe place of employment. These Surveys will decrease the chances your organization will experience a HIPAA breach of privacy information, and will help prevent employee injuries, illnesses and lost workdays. Our comprehensive OSHA and HIPAA surveys could save you thousands of dollars in fines and penalties.


OSHA and HIPAA Audit Response Assistance: Our services include assistance and support should you experience an OSHA investigation or HIPAA audit. HIPAA audits are expected to increase in number in the coming months and will be ongoing. OSHA investigations can be random, but are often triggered by an incident or complaint. If you are contacted by the government for an OSHA investigation or HIPAA audit, we will assist with your response, and if needed, intervene on your behalf.
